What the guarantee coversIf you genuinely apply the methods taught in the Product, in good faith, and they do not work for you, we will refund your purchase of the main guide within 30 days of the order date.
What "applying the methods in good faith" meansTo qualify for a refund under the guarantee, you must have actually read the material and made a sincere, good-faith effort to follow and apply the methods taught in the Product. What is NOT a valid basis for a refundThe low-cost order-bump add-ons offered as checkboxes at checkout (specifically "Her Body Never Lies" and "Art of Soulsnatching") are final-sale digital goods and are non-refundable. These are deeply discounted, one-time supplementary items delivered instantly, sold without a money-back guarantee, and by selecting them at checkout you acknowledge and agree that they are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. The conditional 30-day guarantee does not apply to these two order-bump add-ons.
Add-on and upgrade offers carry the same conditional guarantee as the main guideCertain Products are offered as limited, discounted, one-time upgrade offers presented after or alongside your initial purchase (including, without limitation, the "Forbidden Files" and the "90-Day Lock-In Protocol"). These Products are covered by the same conditional 30-day money-back guarantee as the main guide, and that guarantee applies to them on the same terms and conditions described above in this Section, and no other terms. This means a refund on these Products is available only where you have actually read the material and made a sincere, good-faith effort to follow and apply the methods it teaches, and they did not work for you. Because these are discounted, instantly delivered digital goods whose full value is delivered the moment you receive them, the guarantee does not cover a change of mind, buyer's remorse, a decision after purchase that you no longer see value, a failure to open or use the materials, or a request made before you have had a genuine opportunity to read and apply the material. As with the main guide, a request where the Product produced the result it was designed to produce, or where no genuine effort was made to read and apply it, is not a valid basis for a refund. By accepting the offer at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that these Products are covered by this conditional guarantee and by no broader or unconditional refund right.
How to request a refundEmail us within 30 days of your order. Tell us what you tried and what happened. We review every request individually and in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions above, that show evidence of abuse of this policy, or that are submitted in bad faith.
If you have any issue with your purchase, a charge you do not recognize, a delivery problem, or a refund question, please contact us directly first. We respond quickly and resolve issues directly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, in circumstances where the Product was delivered and performed as described, is considered a breach of these Terms. By purchasing, you agree to attempt to resolve any concern with us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We maintain records of delivery, access, and communications, and we will provide this documentation in response to any dispute.
Upon purchase, you are granted a single, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Product for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, reproduce, publish, or otherwise make the Product available to any other person, in whole or in part, by any means.
